Tree Sales & Installation
We have a number of comprehensive accounts with tree farms. We study the trees at each of the farms on a standard basis looking for the top class trees. We evaluate the most excellent prices and pass on the benefits to you.
How to take care of seedlings/trees:
Your treeĀ is exclusive and the environment in which it is planted is distinctive. Water seedlings or recently planted plants biweekly throughout dry weather conditions for the first two years. Use a bubbler and permit the water to immerse into the soil. If the water starts to run off outside, turn around the power flow down to a meager drop. Use a soaker hose weekly for low rooted trees.
At the time of your tree’s setting up, Omega Tree Pros surgeon staff will water in your new tree, soak the root ball, and also soak the hole to take out all air pockets and adapt the tree to the new soil. The day after planting the tree you will need to water the tree again by placing a hose at the base of the tree and allowing the water to trickle slowly for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, your lawn’s sprinkler system is not sufficient to water as intensely as your new tree needs to be watered. Every time you water, use the trickle hose method described for 20 minutes.
How to plant container grown trees:
Preferably, dig an area one foot deep and around 5 times the width of the root ball. During transplanting, keep in mind to keep adequate amount of soil around the root ball. After putting the tree, pack soil firmly but not tightly around the root ball. For watering these container grown trees follow the following instructions:
- Water your new tree exactly at the root ball every few days for the initial weeks throughout the growing period.
- When irrigating, apply sufficient water to carefully damp the root zone to a deepness of at least a foot, but don’t water so frequently that the soil stays sodden.
How to plant Balled & Burlapped Trees:
Place your tree or shrub in a cool, in the shade place, cover the root ball with mulch, and keep the roots wet until planting time. Measure the root ball, and then burrow a hole that’s approximately six inches diameter all around and roughly as deep. Shift the plant to the hole very cautiously. Finish filling the hole with soil. Keep the soil wet for the first year after planting. For watering these plants follow the following instructions:
- Water your new tree systematically, allowing the water to immerse in gradually.
- Water your new tree or shrub frequently for the first year.
- Once you see new leaf and shoot development, you can put in some balanced fertilizer to the watering.
Use of fertilizers and root stimulators:
After completion of one month of the planting the tree, you should apply root stimulator once in a month for about six months. After using root stimulator for about six months you may use a fertilizer every April and August.
